Use the application
Navigate the workspaces and understand the evidence on screen.
Open the application and sign in. Available workspaces and controls depend on your role and account. A new merchant may see setup steps before a populated dashboard.
Merchant workflow
- Open Storefronts and select the profile to manage.
- Choose Connect store to attach an installed Shopify or WooCommerce integration.
- Check connection status and the latest sync before interpreting an empty catalog.
- Complete agent endpoint, checkout and payment readiness independently.
The merchant portal and storefront integrations provide Agent storefront, Orders & carts, activity or insight views, Selling controls, Payments, and Developer controls.
Review a product
Check a known published product's title, price, currency and availability. For a missing product, check visibility and stock rules before assuming sync failed. Edit products in the source store, then verify the integration delivers the update.
Interpret activity
- A request is evidence of a visit, not a purchase.
- A declared agent name or profile is supplied by the caller, rather than a verified identity.
- A blocked request may explain a failed interaction but does not establish lost revenue.
- A checkout session is not a paid order. Inspect order and payment status separately.
Use the date-range and storefront filters. Keep the selected store and environment consistent across the screens you compare.
Selling controls
Review the categories and out-of-stock products available to agents. Change rules through the integration controls, then recheck the agent-facing catalog. Account-level agent spending permissions and a merchant's product-visibility rules are separate controls.
Developer workflow
Begin with sandbox credentials and a read-only call. Grant write scopes deliberately and review the resulting audit record. Refreshing an OAuth token preserves its environment; live access needs a new authorization choice and account readiness.
See authentication, MCP, and client recipes.
Live checkout
Complete account and payment readiness first. Review the agent's authority, allowed merchants, spending limits and human approval requirements. Resolve a denial's stated cause before trying again; swapping in a live key or raising limits is not a diagnostic step.
Share diagnostics
Include the screen name, time, environment, storefront and visible error. Remove keys, authorization headers, cookies, customer data and payment information from screenshots or logs. Capture navigation context and the relevant status without revealing credentials.
